We are looking for passionate technical support engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Handling technical support: Level 1 & 2
- Managing the technical support portal
- Participating in product learning & trainings
- Contributing in product improvements & bug fixes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working as technical support engineer
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Databases
- Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science/software engineering
- Passionate about exploring new technologies & platforms
- Open to work in shifts
Nice to have:
- Experience working with any of the programming language: PHP, Java, .NET
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms: Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce.
- Hands on experience with Linux OS
- Knowledge of ticketing systems: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom etc
